Worship Songs

Browsing the Song Library

1. Click the Songs tab in the right sidebar
2. Click Browse Library to open the full hymn collection
3. Search by title or lyrics text
4. Filter by category: Hymns, Gospel, Christmas, Spirituals, Psalms, Communion, Prayer, Missions, Pentecost, Evening, Funeral, Wedding, Thanksgiving, Baptism
5. Click Quick Add to add to your list, or Edit & Add to customise first

Free plan includes 20 songs. Pro plan unlocks the full library of 2,600+ public domain hymns.

Adding Custom Songs

1. Click Add Song in the Songs tab
2. Enter the song title
3. Select a category: Hymn, Praise, Worship, or Custom
4. Select a language: English, Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa
5. Enter lyrics using section tags:

Click Save — the song appears in your song list ready to project.

Projecting Songs

1. Click a song in your list to select it
2. The lyric preview shows the full text with section markers
3. Click a section to project it (e.g., click “Verse 1” to show verse 1 on screen)
4. Navigate between sections during the service
5. The section map at the top shows the full song structure at a glance

Editing & Managing Songs

• Click the edit icon on any song to modify the title, lyrics, or category
• Delete songs you no longer need
• Use the Submit Correction button in the library if a hymn has inaccurate lyrics

Tips

• Pre-load your worship set before the service starts — no scrambling during worship
• Use section tags consistently — VerseAir uses them for navigation and projection
• Custom songs support any language
• The hymn library contains traditional public domain hymns — no licensing required
