Service Schedule

Building an Order of Service Pro

1. Click the Schedule tab in the right sidebar
2. Click Add Item to add a schedule entry
3. For each item, set:
   • Type: Worship, Song, Prayer, Announcement, etc.
   • Title/description
   • Speaker/leader name
   • Duration (estimated time)
4. Drag and drop items to reorder (grab the drag handle on hover)
5. Service summary shows total items and estimated duration

Importing a Schedule

Already have a service outline? Import it:

1. Click Import in the Schedule tab
2. Choose a source: upload a PDF/DOCX, or paste text directly
3. VerseAir uses AI to parse the document into structured items
4. Preview the parsed table before confirming
5. If multiple services are detected, select which one to import
6. Edit any item inline after import

Using Templates

• Pre-built templates available for common service structures
• Select a template to pre-populate your schedule
• Customise items after loading

During the Service

• Click an item to mark it as active (highlighted)
• Completed items appear greyed out
• Time tracking shows how the service is progressing vs. planned durations

Lower Thirds Pro

Display overlay text on the projector:

• Types: Speaker (name/title), Announcement, Emergency
• Title (80 characters max) and subtitle (120 characters max)
• Duration: 3 to 60 seconds
• Animated entrance and exit
• Show/Hide buttons for manual control

Stage Messages Pro

Send private messages to the stage monitor — the congregation doesn’t see these:

• Quick presets: “Wrap Up”, “5 Min”, “Running Over”, “Elder Waiting”, “Mic”
• Custom message input (60 characters max)
• Auto-hides after configured duration
• Also visible on the remote control app

Timer

1. Set a label (e.g., “Sermon”)
2. Set the duration (mm:ss format)
3. Set a warning threshold (seconds before end)
4. Click Start — the timer counts down
5. Click Project to show the timer on screen

• Warning colour (orange) appears at the threshold
• Expired colour (red) when time runs out with a pulse animation
• Pause and reset controls available
• Timer runs in background while projecting verses

Tips

• Build your schedule before Sunday — saves time and reduces stress
• Use the import feature if your pastor sends a Word document or PDF
• Stage messages are invisible to the congregation — use them freely to communicate with the pastor
• The timer helps keep sermons on track without awkward verbal reminders
